    In the event of a defect in the hose line, the flow is immediately shut off by the SBS 312 hose rupture safety device except for a small residual flow. After the repair, the residual flow equalizes the pressure level again and the SBS 312 hose rupture protection opens automatically. Preferably, the SBS 312 hose rupture protection is always installed upstream of endangered line sections. Especially with flexible hose lines, the whiplash effect can thus be prevented.


    Note:
    - The max. permissible compressed air volume flow is selected so that normal use of compressed air tools is ensured.

Description
